View Full Version : [ET8x00] 7 day EPG for Virgin!

Hi, I cant get more than one EPG for virgin on my twin tuner xtrend et8000. I have enabled cross epg. Today I installed EPGRefresh plugin but it made no difference. I have done some googling and someone mentioned epg-pvr which I am unable to understand. Any help will be much appreciated.

you need to tune to the frequency that PVR EPG channel is on. There is a stickied guide.

It is on the same frequency as the VM preview channel (100) in most areas, try that.

Does anybody know why I can only get a 5 day Virgin EPG, not 7 days, on my Mutant HD2400?
It was the same on my Amiko Alien 2.

Thanks for the interest. I have it set to tune to the PVR_EPG channel at 4am so when I look at it say 12 noon it has had 8 hours.
I only ever get 5 days of EPG but I get that reliably.
I did search the internet and found reference to some paid up Virgin subscribers themselves only getting 5 days with certain boxes in certain areas?
