recordings missing

hi guys flashed a vu solo2 box yesterday with vix 021 build when the person went look something recorded few weeks ago all old recordings were gone im sure there there as i have duo2 flashed couple new vix image never lose recordings could it have lost its mount any ideas guys

Well, have you actually checked the mounts on the system with the missing recordings?

hi birdman no showing nothing on hdd all lost recordings but i persume there there it my sisters solo2 she lives an hr away i flashed new 021 yesterday never check hdd like i said flashed my duo few images never lost recordings

Press blue button mount manager and make sure HDD is set to right location

I have flashed 21 on my solo2 and my old recording are still there so can't see it being an image issue.

Likely hdd isn't mounted as mentioned or it was initialised by mistake
