DNA Welho cables.xml update

Hello,

Finnish cable tv provider "DNA Welho" has changed theit transmission parameters. So I did an update to cables.xml accordinly. They have also changed to use same channels with same parameters in all their areas, so I removed old areas and renamed the entry to apply for all areas in Finland. Changed parameters are listed in here: http://dvb.welho.fi/cable.php

Perhaps we can add your provider to ABM.
Does DNA Welho as a home channel? (1 channel we can scan for all channel information).

Hi, it's a long shot, but are you able to try ABM with this file?
unzip it and FTP it to: /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/providers

Sorry, not possible to test ABM as I am not connected to the cable network (a friend of mine is, but he cannot test...).
Thanks for putting it to GIT, noticed that you did not remove the old incorrect ones from it though :confused:
