Screen flickering.

My box came today but the screen is flickering like mad.
Its permanent on sd channels and intermittent on hd channels.

Any idea what is causing this?

Things I would try troubleshooting:
- HDMI cable. Are both ends of the connection properly seated? Can you try a different HDMI cable?
- Try changing the output resolution of your box, the current configuration may be incompatible with your television.

Tried 2 hdmi cables same issue. Tried 50hz 60hz and multi. Also 720p 1080p and 1080i

Do you have another box switched on? I solved a signal problem by switching another box off.
