Hi guys,
This problem happens on both my et10k and tm twin.
When I try to watch tv it shows that both tuners A and B are active.
I know that there is no recordings going on and both tuners individually work when the other is disabled.
Please if you can help let me know!

Thanks

How are your tuners setup on the boxes and I assume that you've got separate feeds from your LNB to the tuners on the box?

both setup as automatic - finding 28.2
and yes, each with individual feed from quad lnb

It's strange that you get the problem on 2 separate boxes isn't it? Seems to suggest to me that the problem is beyond the boxes so I'd check all the cabling and connections back to the LNB as the first thing.

check to make sure you have no ports forwarded to you box, I had a similar issue on my et8000 and it seemed my open ports were hacked, closed the ports and it was fine. worth a try??

Hi, I had this problem, It drove me mad. Just solved it.(Time will tell) go to set up menu and do a software update. I guess that the manufacturers were aware of it. I hope it works for you
