unable to flash vu solo se

hi, hope that someone can shed some light on this, i have a vu solo se twin tuner here, one day i powered up box to find that it would not pass the boot logo, tried switching it off and on but no good, did a reflash but now it keeps saying no module named contextlib, i tried to reflash again but now it will not read usb stick, i have tried a few sticks and reformatted sticks to fat32. can anyone help.

What kind of usb are you using? Make sure your file structure is correct on the package and it contains a file called Force.update then remove usb as soon as it reboots. Disconnect LAN too.
