hello i need some advice. my sky epg channels are blank so i tried a software upgrade but it didnt work. now every time i press a button on the remote the VIX logo appears and it takes ages to change channel. when i go to BACK UP MANAGER there it says there is a problem with this device please reformat and try next BACKUP. WHEN I DO THIS IT JUST SAYS BACKUP FAILED.hen i go to image manager i get the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:mad:
