Video recorded on PowerVu channels:playback stuttering-unwatchable

I have stuttering playback when playing video recorded on PowerVu channels, it is unwatchable. Live PowerVu is OK.

Video playback on normal channels is also OK

Anybody else or just me?

I just upgraded from Hades. It was OK there.

Using 3.20 0.21

MKV playback is also OK, just recorded powervu video is the problem.
