Hi,
My Duo has worked fine for years, no issues, but recently the second tuner stops working every other day, so if I'm recording it will only display one channel. There is a quick fix, I just have to restart it and it runs fine again. I initially thought my cable was faulty, but I've changed the cables and tested them with a digital sat finder. Any ideas what this could be? I'm running a version of Vix 3.0, I've updated to the latest version through the software update feature.
