Plugins feeds on Vu Duo

For the past week or so when I try to download plugins I get the following error message

There has been an error, please try again later. If this issue persists, please check opening.co.uk or world-of-satelite.com

I am on 3.2.010 but I can't update as I get the same error when I tty to do a software update

Does anyone have a solution?
