Do you have a telephone nearby your tv?

hi
no telephone as box is upstairs in the bedroom.
I have been advised to try loading a new image from the menu rather than my usb , although I did format my usb before using.
thanks for reply
hi
Do you mean use the menu to download the new image.

I'm getting the same issue on mine, i have done a re-install and roll back to the previous image ,but i still have the interference. i don't know what else to do.
last thing im going to trying is to install update from setup menu do the first wizard then try the free view channels first to see if the interference is there,if not then install each plugin in turn checking the picture after each install to see if its any of the add ins that are causing the issue.
After that i dont have a clue. so any help we be help full
i have re-install 3.020 and it still happens on a fresh install on the free channels with no plugins ...i now feel pi** off :(

What do you mean "interference"?

it looks like interference, weak signal, storm interference this all started after image update, when i roll back to original image, i still get interference but not as bad a lot more like freezing than interference??????
A screenshot wouldn't go amiss. You can do it through openwebif
Most channel freezing is caused by things that can't be discussed here.
This is before i put any plugins

Not necessarily - it can be caused by a weak signal or other external influences such as DECT phones in close proximity. One channel shown in the pictures is BBC1 which is FTA and obviously wouldn't be affected by 'the thing we can't discuss' ;-)
It looks like a reception issue rather than interference - the dish may have moved slightly
I am using mgcand 1.35 what soft cam are you using
Hi
not satelite dish as my other box duo 2 is still all good
i was using 1.35 mgcand and my other duo which is a duo 2 is on 1.38 and is good
i have re-flashed and used 1.38 mgcand and still same although not as bad using latest image 21.
