Help please...... VU+ Duo2 Software Update (Vix 3.2)

When i look in software update - package list update keeps showing (14 updated packages available) i goto option 2 upgrade & reboot system when reboot is done there are (14 updated packages available) again do i keep downloading these packages untill there are no more to get....? also when i look in Vix - backup manager there are loads of openvix-vuduo2-release-softwareupdate-3.2.009-2015 - openvix-vuduo2-release-softwareupdate-3.2.010-2015 & openvix-vuduo2-release-softwareupdate-3.2.016-2015.... what do i need to do im confused, if anyone could help me please...

There was a GST update at 007. People were meant to install new image, not perform an online update.

What to do now:
Make a settings backup.
Re-install 016. (by USB or Image Manager does not matter)
At the first install wizard, you can say yes to both settings and plugins restore.

Thank you for your reply I'm a novice... Sorry but I'm really not sure what to do first I've never done this before, you can understand I don't want to mess the box up only had it 2 mths. I need a step by step guide I appreciate your link but Im still unsure...... Sorry to be a pain
