zero and 8gb dongle

Hi all,a pal has just ordered a zero with 8gb dongle from the sponser which i am gonna help set it up with him.my question is about the 8gb dongle,will it be fine to set up for FTA with ABM and cross,timeshift and a few recordings or will a bigger dongle say 32gb be needed.
There will be no other plugins installed.

Will be fine but won't take much recording to fill it, if it does become full of recordings you may get issues with crossepg etc when they try to write to the drive.
