Just upgraded my box to a VU+ DUO so new to all this

Sorry but we don't do backup images here. We believe in teaching people how to use their receiver rather than spoon feeding and doing all the work for them. We can help you setup and maintain your own receiver and you will be better off for it, but you won't get a pre made backup image here.

Which exact image build are you currently using ?.

latest vix one from here ?
all works fine its just the plugins wont let me connect

There are a few threads at the moment detailing the problem, it is related ocram picon feeds, you just need to FTP into the box and delete those feeds then restart the box and you will be able to connect again. Sorry I can't be more specific but I'm currently on a iPad at work so can't link directly to the thread you need.
