Duo 2 playback problem

Hi, I have a problem with my Duo 2 where any recordings made show as 0:00 duration on the list of recordings and won't playback. Can anyone offer any advice please?

If saying 0:00 then the recordings failed. You will need to delete them.

Thanks Andy, I've just realised that one of the cables from the dish has come loose at the back of the box - sorted now. Thanks for your help.
