Epg update?

Hi, can any one please tell me how I can get a epg update for my 5402hd -M3 receiver.

You should be able to tune to the EPG transponder and get the full 7 days EPG for 28.2. 11778, Vertical, 27500000. There is a TV channel called ETBG, just zap to that for about two minutes.
