Hi, I'd appreciate some advice.
I have two Openbox V5S's. Until today, both boxes have been working perfectly since I got them approx 3 months ago and are fed from a dual LNB. Today, Box 1 all of a sudden started showing 'No Signal!' on every channel. I checked Box 2 and it is still working fine with strong signal intensity and quality, so dish alignment is fine.
I then swapped out both boxes to confirm whether cable to Box 1 got damaged somehow. Box 2 works fine using either cable feed. Box 1 shows 'No Signal!' using either cable feed. I notice too that Box 1 is showing the wrong time, it is out by about -3h. The time used to be fine on both boxes and is ok on Box 2 when plugged in to either cable feed.
Firmware, channel lists, settings etc are up to date on both boxes. I reinstalled firmware and channel list on suspect box without any improvement.
Before concluding that some component inside the box just died, I figured I'd see if anyone has any other ideas. Any help appreciated.
Thanks guys.
