Duo needs to have soft coms restarted to view channels!!!!! Please help

Hi vu duo apollo 166 (also tried hades with same problems) running vhannibal quad channel list. I have a N line with mgcamd.1.35a, I have loaded the above software on the box from scratch and wiped the box each time and I still have to reboot the box and restart the softcom to get the channels to show, sometimes I get the picture but no sound.

Is there any thing you can think off????
