could anyone advise me on how to get my legit Sky card to work in my Technomate TM5402 M3 it does work but movies and sport don't ?

If you mean HD Movies and Sport don't work, that's because they don't work so if that is what you want you will have to put it back in your official box.

If your card is new or recently Been paired in a reciever they won't work also.
