media player flickering and no sound

hi guys,

just got some tv shows in both mp4 and mkv formats, but neither are working on my et10k.
the mp4s are better - start playing normally for about 30 seconds but then freezing and it comes back to normal playback but no sound.
the mkv struggles from the beginning and never looks normal.

is there a possible fix for this?

Fixed my own issue..
If anyone has the same issue it was either sorted by the software update to .10 or the subsequent reboot..
Either way it's now working fine with mkv MP4 and Avi..
