Vu DUO keep flashing after being updated

openvix-3.2.009.release-vuduo_usb.zip and build (0.10 which is not in openvix builds site) installed in Vu Duo and the box keep flashing like there is a new update available even though latest build 0.10 is already installed

Because you didn't read the announcement that 009 should be fresh flashed, settings restore was fine but plug in restore was not... The exact reason that the update was to be done like this is to stop the situation you have found yourself in.

If you did a fresh flash as advised, but you are getting the update icon (with no details), it may be that you have Ocram's picons installed, perhaps?

It seems that users are getting the upgrade prompt every time Ocram picons are updated.

settings restore was fine but plug in restore was not.Plugins restore is fine. But must flash, not update.

This seems to have caused many people a problem - not everybody who use Vix visits the site regularly and therefor are likely to just see .009 as a software update that does not need a fresh flash.

Although a pain, I guess one has to accept that some people never read so perhaps the Vix team should set a new status flag " must flash" and in software update check and if set issue a warning which must be over ridden by the user to force a software update?
Mqybe this can be balanced by the amount of time answering forum posts where the users have failed to read /understand the flashing rules:)
