Plz what TSpanel does,l have searched internet but l didn't.

The best analogy I can give is TSpanel is like a SKIP, it's chock full of any old crap the author can fit into it for every image and receiver going, often with no regard for quality control. I personally advise against using TSpanel, 99 percent of what you need can be found either via the images own plugin feeds or by the users here if you ask them for help.

There is absolutely no need for this or any other panel. A lot of the stuff wont work or could trash your installation and is best avoided.
