how to keep my receiver safe on the web regards johnrichard

Don't open any ports to it. Only use VPN or I think SSH to access remotely.

the only trouble with not opening any ports is i need to open port 21 to ftp to the box i think ill use an old linux pc with a hardware firewall
gust wanted to know if there was a firewall or some sorte of security in vix img regards johnrichard ps thanks for reply
