Start up at certain channel not working.

Hello.
Please i need the experts help
Yours lights can help me.
I have the open pli 4.0
Enigma 2 and at my bouquet channel i use the
certain channel when boots the receiver to open at
That channel.
after last soft upgrade this start up channel service stop
Working and its opening at th first channel that i have at my bouquet
Of channeles .
Can anyone help me??
I use a certain cartoon channel for my child and
He knows how to open the receiver only.

Did you try setting it again

Not using open pli but I think most e2 images are basicly same

channel selection
highlight the chanel you want to use
press menu
select set as startup service

Yes my frend i did that 100 times nothing. Always starting at first channel at my bouquet.
I have flash again and again the receiver but nothing. Samethinks.
I even try with a frend receiver the same think i put No16 channel as start up service
And after reboot opening at firts channel.
I even try open pli 3.0 and at that image it working perfect the start up channel no problem.
Thats why i say if anyone try smt else

Try Open ViX 3.2-007, best image by far imo.

I have no such issue when using PLi.
Maybe ask specific support on their forum?

let´s clear some things up:

1. reboot: you do not use the hard switch to switch of the box don´t you?
2. from standby or deep standby? There is a question I think which asks you if also from standby or only deep standby.

@Andy i will give a try. Is it possible to run this image at cloud i box ? I have a second one recever besides vu..

@trial no reboot only enigma 2 just that.

Cloud iBox is a clone/counterfeit receiver and isn't supported by ViX.
