downloading skins

After reflashing VIX to latest version I lost a lot of skins.
When I try to download plugins I seem to allways get the error message "unable to allocate memory"
Am I missing something simple in setup??

What box have u got ? Can't see the point of loads of skins takes two minutes to put new one on.

vu+ duo. When I remove plugins I can see the old skins, but they dont show in the setup
