Reference to the above receiver at the Title Topic is equipped with 4TB Hard Disk installed internally in the receiver when I bought it and shipped to me .
As soon I turned the receiver on and by using the remote control I went to Menu-----> Information ----> Service I got in the sub-menu This ----> ( HDD Not Available )
But when I went to Menu-------> About I got in the sub-menu This ----> ( Detected HDD : ATA(TOSHIBA MD04ACA4 )
Even If I press the Red button for Recording No recording happened Red Button does not work, I think the Hard disk needs to
be formatted before it starts recording . But in order to format the hard disk I need to go to Extra Menu to reach Devices
Manager to highlight Hard Disk to format it . But the problem is there no such Hard Disk in the Main Menu at Setup
Can You please how can I reach the Hard Disk in the main menu which button can I use in the remote control ? ( I tried
the green button but did not work ).
Please can anybody help me to sove this problem .
