cant pick up channel

Has anyone managed to tune in to the new channel HTVWales Hd?
I have tried rescanning twice but it's not showing up.
I already have HTV Wales selected in auto bouquet,that shows no problem but not in HD.
am I doing something wrong.

I have ITV Wales HD here. Is that the same channel?

Using the latest .xml file, then a full satellite rescan.
