I have seen some old posts about the zap delay, has there been any updates since then which was back in 2013.

Yes having to press OK for channel to change not a big issue but would be nice to use the remote in a way you are use to.

Can you link to the posts you read.

As mentioned in the other post, you do not have to press OK. Channel will zap after the timeout, pretty sure it is 3 seconds. A balance has to be reached to allow those not very agile to be able to press the buttons they require. If time is too short, then they will end up zapping to another channel they had not intended.

Also, please note:

Thread will be moved to the ViX-Team-Images-Support-Discussion section. It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

Please read the thread in link below which explains things better.

No harm has been done, no need to apologise. Please bear in mind for future support questions.

I guess the reason Sky can make it change without a delay is because all their channels are 3 digits, a way round it could be if you were able to enter 0103, but then you're still pressing 4 buttons, I've got use to pressing 'OK' pretty quickly.
