Installation Help Please.

Hello All

I was given this DVR recently, I have been researching on this forum for some while as to how to get it up and running but to be honest I have pretty much failed to grasp the intricacy of it all. :confused:
is there a 'How To' guide anywhere I could reference, or is anyone willing to help a newbie please, I would be delighted if I could get some moving pictures out of this box.

No user manual unfortunately, although with reading on this forum I'm hoping to put channel lists on and flash software onto the box.
This forum seems the best place to ask :)
