Hi guys i have got a duo2 with dual sat and dual cable tuners installed today i went to set up autotimer recording on 28e and when it done the epg scan was notified of a timer Conflicts as on the day of the timer i have 2 programs recording on ITV and BBC1 between 8pm and 9pm on 28e the new timer i was setting up for that day was at 9pm on Channel 4HD so because of the over run on the timer settings it was saying there would be a Conflict.
Decided to go to channel 4HD and set up alternatives for Channel 4HD so i first of all checked the autotimers i was dealing with had automatic selection of alternatives set to YES.
I then:
highlighted Channel 4 HD pressed menu
selected add Alternatives
pressed Green (satellites) and went to Cable Services
then i selected the 2 Channel 4HD services on Cable pressed Menu and then End Alternative Edit
Went back to the 28e Channel 4HD and checked the Cable alternatives were there under Show alternatives.
When Autotimer then done another check its still showing up as conflicts and in the EPG the program isn't showing up Red as in its been set up to record on either the 28e or Cable versions of the channel.
Have i done everything right???? If so why is it still saying there's conflicts
