Picture Freeze on recorded film

Hi All

Has anybody had any issues with the picture freezing but the sound carry's on playing on a recorded film?

Firmware Apollo 166
Internal HD 1gb........

Defaulted and re-flashed but still happens after a week or so...:confused:

Was this Film recorded from a FTA channel or an encrypted channel?
