Hi to all

I am trying to get PiP working on my new Duo2 but it fails every time. I get PiP running but it only ever shows the same channel. I get BBC1 in the main picture and in the PIP? I have tried swap services but I get the same or the PIP is black. I would like BBC1 in main and BBC2 in PIP - or a similar combo!

I have latest ViX 3.2 image and HD Blue skin. I have three LNB feeds to my Duo2, two on a twin tuner are fixed on 28.2e the other is a single plugin tuner connected to a 1.25m motorised. They all work independently without any real issues but PIP just wont play ball.

I am sure I have made a newbie set-up mistake somewhere but I cannot find it. I have searched the forums to no avail and the user manual doesn't seem to cover it.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Long press up/down at the OK button & pick your PIP service in the resulting channel list.

Hi Judge

I just tried that but it showed an "Sorry your **** experienced an error we are sending the log to the ViX team" I put ***** because I am not sure what it showed. I restarted the unit but it still doesn't work. I get one working okay but the other is blank. When I use the long up down and select a channel it seems to go crazy on the PIP size and even using '0' to toggle the mode it doesn't work, PiP, big PIP, cascade etc, none of them work.

Anything else I can adjust or try?

Thanks

It's created a crashlog so. You can find it in /home/root/logs/ by default.
Best to attach it to this thread.

not the same issue. The drver issue is a problem with the audio in PiP on Vu+ machines.
