What tuners are you seeing? Two hybrid tuners and 1x Satellite tuner?

Try power off.

Swap the two satellite tuners around, could be one needs re-seating.

If all four still not visible, unplug all tuners and plug in both sat only in slots A & B, see if they're both visible.

If they are, plug in one Hybrid tuner at a time in slots C & D. Booting each time you add a tuner, to ensure visible.

Ensure power is disconnect whilst removing or plugin in tuners.

The manual states this if it helps

WARNING: DO NOT USE FOLLOWING COMBINATION:

Tuner 1 : any tuner
Tuner 2 : any tuner
Tuner 3 : DVB-S2 tuner
Tuner 4 : DVB-C tuner

or

Tuner 1 : any tuner
Tuner 2 : any tuner
Tuner 3 : DVB-C
Tuner 4 : DVB-C

Any other combination is supported.

You cannot move the slots along, you can only move the tuners along. Which of the following statements is correct?

The same tuner fails whichever slot you put it in.

Whichever tuner module you put in a slot, you have issues with that tuner slot.

sorry I meant tuner C went in slot D and tuner D went in slot C

So what is at fault, the tuner module (the tuner cards you can take out and move along) or tuner slot (the holes on the circuit board)?

Label your tuners as H1, H2, S1 and S2. (H for hybrid, S for satellite).

For example,
if H1 fails whether you put it in Tuner Slot A, Tuner slot B, Tuner Slot C or Tuner Slot D, we can conclude there is a problem with Tuner module H1.

On the other hand,
if you put H1, H2, S1, or S2 in Tuner Slot C, and you always havea problem with it in Slot C, we can establish there is an issue with the slot/arrangement.

I think I have a faulty sat tuner, in every slot it shows no signal

Sounds to me like the slot for tuner D might be the problem as that is the slot that the tuner us in which works and the disappears as the OP has mentioned above.

I have slots A and C with DVB-C and C and D with DVB-S. Originally had DVB-S in slots A and B but this caused issues when recording 2 cable channels at the same time.

For anybody else, I went with A = DVB, B= HYBRID C/T, C= HYBRID C/T, D= DVB all working perfectly.
