You should try to do a blind scan on the box. This will give a new full channel list. I'm pretty sure it's there somewhere in the scan options.

thanks, I have done a blind scan saved the channel list then used channel editor 6000, saved the channel list put the list back onto the box n the channels don't work. the only way I can find the channels is if I press hidden but the fav don't work. am I doing something wrong

I don't understand why you need to use a channel editor or save or load channel lists... The blind scan (If it works correctly) should install the latest channel list into the box without need for any external loading of lists. The fact that it doesn't work may mean there is fault with either the box firmware (update firmware), or your lnb on the satellite dish not switching between h avd v channels correctly, or the box hardware itself may be the issue.
