Missing ITVbe on cable ????

hi just set up my cable box and ITVbe and ITVbe+1 are both missing they are they in the epg etc but just black screen when trying to watch this channel. all other channels work fine just this one.

A, what is your signal level? If you are getting a good signal level for the channel and black screen then,
B, what does your oscam log say?

the wife has just informed me that it also happens with channel E4 as well

It would appear that you are doing 'the thing we can't talk about', so i doubt that anyone will give you a link. I would suggest doing a quick Google search - there are plenty of forums out there where you will find your answers.
