Multi LNB , which sats ?

Currently got 28.2 and 19.2( taped on atm) and have bought a multi lnb bracket and 2 lnb's and 2x 4way diseqc switches.

Are the switches easy to setup in vix ?
Which is the best sats to get for english channels, was thinking of getting 28.2 , 19.2 and 13.0 .
Is there an easy way to setup bouquets for only english speaking channels on each sat ?
