vu duo locking up ?

having a problem with vu duo

after a flashing the latest hades build 18
the box goes through the normal setup then it jumps to the auto timer help screen and locks on there pressing any button on the remote will not clear it pressing the button on the box its self will not clear it

i have tried several flashes but all do the same



any thoughts please

What image/version did you flash from?

new usb flash hades build 18 i had the same flash in the box but started going weird the remote stopped working couldn't change channels
i did put new battery's in it ----- also wouldn't change channels from the large button on the box so i thought a re-flash would sort it
but it just locks up on auto timer help screen ?

all sorted now it was the remote need a new one
