Hi all,hope this is in right place,I have a Spiderbox 6000 and thre thing is flashing green and red lights,I have tried several times ot fix with Null Modem and when I get to pressing the 2 I get a box after a bit says connection timed out and status timed out on another line I have fixed a spiderbox before with a Null Modem quite some time ago,any help or advice woule be appreciated,thanks
