Hello,

Also i have setup the ABM config as Expert and then check on providers but it only shows FreeSat HD and i have currently Sky TV UK, I can only assume that i have edited the frequency for it to only show FreeSat but i have all the sky channels as normal

Any idea's?

Thanks in advance

What receive do you have?

What is the total number of tuners you have? (If you have a twin tuner module and also a single tuner module, you have three tuners)
What is connected to each tuner? Also state what each tuner is configured as (please answer separately for each tuner)

Using Vu+ Duo2
twin tuner
Sky TV

Your answer does not help. Cross EPG downloader also failed so there is something wrong with your configuration/setup.

Do both tuners have wires connected to them?
What have you set each tuner as? I would expect simple, single, 28.2

Failing on tuner B.

Have you got a cable connected to tuner B?

What is your tuner config for tuner B?

For some reason, you are not getting a lock on the signal. We have to confirm this and then track the issue.

Can you set tuner B as "not configured" then run ABM please.

Ok disabled and rebooted still will only find the freesat HD option yet can still see all sky channels

One thing at a time. Does ABM work?

Juggy69
23-08-15, 00:15
What you mean by does ABM work?

I open ABM go to config set as Expert press ok option
go to providers then on LCD screen on box gives me option to change left or right for FreeSat HD yes or no, no other options

You had previously run ABM for Freesat HD, It timed out with tuner lock issue. Does it still do the same?

As a separte question:
You said you edited files, which files did you edit.

now works fine no tuner lock still only free sat

I edited the frequency on the tuner so not sure what the actual sky sat should be

Now, swap both cables round and repeat the test. Do not change the tuner configuration.

We will deal with Sky missing as a provider later. Still don't understand what you mean by your response, but we can deal with that later.

Yes please.

Look like the other feed is faulty.

Look forward to your picture, as we are bit confused as to what you changed.

Another task for you. Enable tuner B.
Menu > Setup > Service searching > Sat Finder
Chack that both tuners can lock onto this frequncy. Make sure details are the same as in the attached picture.

Huevos

Changing that won't do anything to ABM.

Please post a grab of your ABM providers screen.

Might be tuner as he has swapped cables over and still fine (unless F-plug was loose earlier).

You have gone into the providers menu? Whatever it shows, post the screenshot.

I suggest you use the default skin for now.

The skin you are using is very nice but still a work in progress

Juggy69

both locked fine did scan only fond 9 channels thoughSatfinder is only a test tool. Reason only 9 channels were found is because it only does a search on the current transponder.
