vu+duo problem

Hello everyone, had my vu+duo a while now using vix image and fully motorised, I was going through the channels when locked up, done restart by the switch on rear, restarted and up came channel, problem is the remote wont do anything except all buttons when pressed just pops up channel info details at bottom of screen, I can still communicate with box via dcc or the menu when put receivers ip address into computers header page, I have pulled mains plug out over night still the same, restarts, channel on screen, no joy from remote, can anyone give any help please, many thanks in advance.

battery's remote ? Or wrong setting for remote in image box.

Thanks for reply bellejt, have tried two sets batteries but have just noticed if point remote towards set the red light comes on without pressing any buttons, I think remote faulty, am getting hold of another duo remote tomorrow will let know the outcome.

Sounds like a stuck button on the remote so.

Hi guys, I can confirm a faulty remote, have tried a friends remote and receiver works perfect, have ordered a new one from this site, thanks for help.
