How to get 7 day epg to work on sky channels

I've got a nano-se running vix hades 018, and i seem to be able to get the 24 hour egp working on freesat channels but I can only get now and next to work on sly channels. How do i got about getting the 7 day epg to load. I have an a play with crossepg but it's not loading.

where are you saving your epg, HDD or usb stick?

well i've got a usb 126gb stick installed as a hard drive so I assume thats where is its going.

make sure you have mounted the usb correctly and download again, there is a manual on here on how to download.

yep mounted correctly as media/hdd but says cannot download and then crashs the box.

try another usb. should not be crashing box. the other option is to download XMLTV. have you recently flashed the box?

You need to go to settings EPG and specify where EPG is saved. By default it goes to internal flash.
