Organising HDD Recordings .

Whats the best/wife friendly way to sort out the recorded programs/films ? Thanks Darren

What is it your trying to achieve?
I have mine as default and wife kids have no problem. Watching recordings

Hi mate there is starting to be alot of recordings in there nows and would like to be able to make some folders for like "Kids" "soaps" "films" etc etc , is there an auto sort plugin or something ?

you could do this yourself with ftp.

Use the "sort by" menu.

In movie list press menu, then settings. Change the blue button to "sort by". Then save and exit.

Then in movie list press blue and choose sort mode. Once set up it continues to do this.

Also set long blue to "sort by default". This will rrverse date sort so your newest recordings are at the top of the list

I already have them sorted by date but was wondering if there was a folder system plugin :)
