Hi all,I have been trying to use the fix tool on my friends Spider 6000 as the standby and green on light are flashing and off and now working,I make a new connection,go thru the procedure all seems to be going well until I click send the file,I wait then I get a timed out in both boxes,now I may doing something wrong but I can't put my finger on what,I did one of those fixes a year or so ago without a problem
