et8000 loss of channels

so got my new et8000 (thanks wos) set up finally. then my new isp cancelled my order so no internet connection. still managed to watch fta channels. then channels disappeared but managed to re-load but yesterday it showing no channels. tried to scan but getting message "timeout for tuner lock" and won't let me scan another message i wass gettting was "check tuner setting" i have and they are both set to 28.2e. can anyone help? thanks in advance

do i need internet connection for scanning channels? did it first time without connection.

no internet needed as scan should pull in over 800+ channels and once stored should not vanish.

internet is used for tsmedia and iptv etc
