Hi.

Is there a way to configure the latest VIX to the 'traditional' way of bringing up the channel list (using the channel +) ?

short press blue, vix menu, vix settings

set quickepgusage to long press ok

and then save

now when you press ch +/- it will open the bouqets and allow to scroll them like vix 1.2 had

Is this setting still available in 2.2 - had a look around but cannot find it.

Yes its now in settings>customise and remote setup

Thanks for your help stanman, did you mean in system-remote setup? I changed quickepgusage to long press ok but it hasn't made any difference even after re-booting.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Still not getting this to work in 2.2.100. Any chnace that there will be a fix in future update?

can you give me a step by step of exactly what you did, so i can try to replicate it.

ok i see what you want, try this, go to Setup -> System -> Customise. then turn on "Always show Bouquets", this will then show the bouquets list when press Up/Down on D pad, i will add an option to use this on the Channel +/- for next update.
