vix 1.3 problem ?

everytime before i go to bed i put my vu+duo to standby, and tthen when i wake up the next day i put my duo back on, then cccam has been off for some reason, now i have it on auto start and have the latest software updates, can anyone write a script for me, so that cccam auto updates every 3 hours please, and where do i put it when someone, or if someone does this for me please, i am running cccam 2.2.1 the latest cccam

I had the same problem with 2.2, in the end I reflashed the image and installed the CCcam after software update and it seems to be behaving.
