Where to find ENV VAR startup file on receiver?

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the ENV VAR startup file on a receiver please?

Hi,
I believe it's a file associated with boot up of the receiver. I'm looking for it on the Gigablue Quad Plus.
I believe it's possibly in the boot folder or perhaps autofs folder but am unable to check as the receiver I'm attempting to repair is offline and stuck on a red light.

Hi, yes I tried reflashing. The image flashes successfully but when box powers up, it hangs on the bootlogo.
