Every now and then the duo get stuck and I have to reboot it.

You could with posting a lot more info than that like image name and number, but it seems like you are using an older version with zzl bouquet file which is now integrated into the main sky XML file, you could do with doing a fresh flash upgrade and set up from scratch.
