satellite providers

Hi all

i am new to this and have just installed a new dish and the duo + box keeps defaulting to a satellite at 19.2 - how can get I it to stay with the 28.2 eutel?
And i appear to have lost the bsbsly provider option. I tired the reload via autobouquets but am not getting anywhere. Anybody have any thoughts on this please.
