blue hd in feeds

sorry for this but i cant find the feeds section, wanted to install the sly layout, which i believe is blue hd, found the walkthrough on how to do it on vix hades but cant find the feeds section to dl it thanks alot

Menu/plugins/greenbutton/skins

It should be in there then

menu/system/userinterface/skinsetup install skin from there
